Background: Each volunteer created personal presentations during our three retreat. We each presented for approximately seven (7) minutes on our background, experiences, goals and aspirations. 

Purpose: To introduce members of a group to one another to understand backgrounds and experiences, as well as to build trust and acceptance within communities. 

Audience: PCV volunteers and staff

Lesson Learned: Encourage members of the group to creatively share both personal and professional stories. Hearing the diversity of experiences truly brought our group together.
